Due to some work related injuries I was forced into an exercise hiatus which lasted for two years due to the nature of the injuries and the ensuing chronic pain. In the last couple of months I have been able to slowly return to a more regular exercise pattern (*normal* for me is at least an hour/day, 365 days/year).
Needless to say I started feeling better from the increased activity and wanted to celebrate. So during an image search on endorphins I stumbled across this site: www.painandwellness.com/pain_m...nt.html the best information I've found in a relentless 2 year search for answers about and relief from chronic pain.
It also explains to me why *some* people feel and act the way they do.
YAY Endorphins!
